how

this section deals with how we structure ourselves and how we call into accountability all who are leaders at praxis

governing of praxis:  praxis is governed by an "servant board."  this board is currently made-up of those who wish to serve and become true servants.  we will add to the role of servant as God calls them out of the community.  our desire is to create a governance that truly works, and develops accountability without causing a "committee" structure.  we are interested in how other churches, or denominations structure individual churches, but our desire is to develop a servant leadership that fits the needs of praxis and the people we serve.  our desire is not to develop a structure that is traditional, or old fashion, simply to please others.

some basics at praxis:  first, we do not believe in "leadership."  because leaders, and leadership, are earthly defines that have no place in God's church.  we seek discipleship, a walk with christ and a true heart to serve.  second, we do not see church as a business.  this means we are unconcerned with money, because we know God will bless.  we seek the heart of a giver, but we do not mandate tithing.
