A Mere Christianity Creed In Progress

by: Stephen Miracle

Rating: Not yet rated

We come to worship on bended knee.
We humbly admit we do not understand all things
The world is the work of an transcendent artist
The artist who has revealed himself in many ways
believing God has revealed himself through the holy catholic church
believing God has revealed himself through inspiration of writers of scripture
believing God has revealed himself in the one called Jesus Christ
believing God has revealed himself in us through the Holy Spirit
believing God has revealed himself through nature, the painting he has made
I affirm all forms of God's revelation to be the guide and light to my path
I walk in this path not by human rational but by faith In God's transcendence and immanence
If our beliefs have been shaped to be incorrect we pray that they may be corrected
